Orders that are fullfilled with drop shipping services are subject to the venders return policies* All sales are considered final. Returns are only acceptable in case of manufacturing errors/defects, damaged upon arrival or missing goods. We value your business and aim to please our customers. Policy Details
- Damaged or Misprinted Items: Printful covers the cost of a free reprint or refund if a clothing product is defective or misprinted. You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery. DOA toys, books and other merchandise must also be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Buyer's Remorse: Locomotives.shop does not offer refunds for customer sizing errors, wrong choices, or general change-of-mind.
- Incorrect Addresses: If an insufficient address or unclaimed package is returned you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
